I was super excited about getting my vegan shoes for a couple of performances. According to their website specifically says “allow 5-8 weeks for delivery”, so I allowed enough time so I could have them for my gigs…and for my shoes it took 14 weeks to arrive!! After contacting them 2 times asking about what was happening. The person explained to me that it is unusual, but it can happen…well, this type of things should be explain in the website, right?. I really hope they are nice and comfortable …Even though they only offer to give be 10% for a future purchase, customer service is very bad. Lack of responsibility, good communication and knowing how to deal properly (leaving a customer happy) with problems like this. I’m very happy about vegan friendly dancing shoes…but put more efforts on customer service please.
