I realized after purchasing these shoes and trying them on, that I have been buying shoes a bit too large. I wish a shoe chart were available for this pair; it would have saved me the shipping charge to send them back. While I did not end up keeping the Xena, aside from the sizing issue, all else was as expected (time to receive item, packaging, contents). Also, the customer service for this site has been excellent–responses are always timely and professional. I will be back for my next purchase.
